2. Services 2.1 the provider agrees to provide holistic coaching services to the client for a specified duration and Frequency as agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment and Fees 3.1The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services. 3.2 payment is due at the time of service. Programs are paid in full or monthly
4. Scheduling and cancellation 4.1 All services are scheduled in advance. The client has 24 hours to cancel or reschedule sessions. 4.2 Missed sessions without proper notice may be subject to charges. 5 Confidentiality 5.1 the coach agrees to keep all information shared by the client confidential unless required by law. 6 Responsibilities 6.1 The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. 6.2 The coach will support and guide the client but is not liable for the client's choices or actions. 7 Termination 7.1 Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 7 days written notice. 7.2 If termination occurs, the client is responsible for any outstanding fees. 8 Intellectual property 8.1 Any materials provided by the coach are for the client's personal use and may not be shared or reproduced without permission. 9 Governing Law 9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. By engaging in coaching services, both parties agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Return Policy for Food Peace Path
1.1 We strive to provide high-quality holistic coaching services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact ellen@foodpeace[path.com within 2 business days of the coaching session. 1.2 Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the concern and the circumstances.
