What is Tapping
Tapping is known as the Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture without the use of needles. Instead we stimulate these acupuncture points by tapping on them with our fingertips. It's in the understanding that all illness has an emotional component and that emotions are energy in motion.

When energy gets stuck in the body, symptoms appear. By moving the energy through the body's meridian system via tapping and tuning into the source of the blockage, the symptoms (which can be negative emotions, blocking beliefs, or physical pain for example), diminish or disappear.

Many experts claim that stress is the primary cause of illness. If stress is represented in the body as energetic blockages or resistance, it makes sense that by reducing that energy resistance, by re-balancing the body's energy system with tapping, we reduce stress and subsequently reduce pain or other symptoms. When the body's energy system is re-balanced, symptoms often disappear.
EFT tapping is used for a wide variety of fears and phobias, physical and emotional pains, cravings, addictions, bothersome memories, performance of any kind, and so much more.
